The AVI program is a commercial vehicle management system that tracks and monitors all commercial ground transportation vehicles.
The Landside Operations Division is dedicated to providing an efficient, safe, and orderly parking and ground transportation system for the traveling public, and ensuring the efficient use of its limited capacity.
Service and Delivery Permit Application
Service/Delivery Vehicle Operators are those authorized by a tenant to deliver goods, baggage, and/or services to or from a tenant at the Airport.

Infrequent or Out-of-Town User
Out-of-town transportation companies who utilize Harry Reid International Airport, who are not yet approved as an AVI company may do so, however they are considered as an Infrequent Operator.

Enforcement and Directives
Landside Operation Specialists and Security Guards consistently patrol the transportation and parking facilities to ensure all companies and operators are in compliance with all established Operating Directives. Any entity using airport property or facilities must be in compliance with established rules and guidelines or be subject to a civil infraction and/or fine. Learn More
