To obtain your Service & Delivery vehicle decal(s), fill out and submit application form below. You will need to include a copy of your current business license and vehicle registration(s). The fee is $100 per calendar year (January 1 to December 31) per vehicle.
You may also renew in person, via the Parking Services Office at Terminal 1. If you have any questions, please call the Parking Services Office at 702-261-3010 or email ParkingServices@lasairport.com. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, except federal holidays.
