An Infrequent Operator is someone who comes to the Airport no more than once per six ( 6 ) month period. Operators must go to the parking front office at Terminal 1 or 3 to purchase infrequent user placards. The cost is $50 per trip per vehicle for any trips to Level Zero at either Terminal 1 or 3. There is no charge to drop off on the Terminal 1 and 3 Departures Curbs.
