Joe Coe serves as managing director of business outreach and concessions for the Clark County Department of Aviation. In this role, he develops and strengthens relationships and outreach strategies with business partners, oversees small-business programs including the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessionaire Business Disadvantage Enterprise (ACBDE) initiatives, and provides leadership for all airport concessions.

Coe joined the department in September 2023 with more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience across multiple industries, including gaming and hospitality, food and beverage, wireless telecommunications, and gas and electric utilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Johns Hopkins University.

In his spare time, Coe enjoys spending time with his family and consuming his favorite seafood crustacean: the Maryland blue crab.
