• Electronics Donation: Retired IT equipment is donated to the Blind Center of Nevada, which ensures responsible recycling while empowering individuals with visual impairments.

• Volunteerism: Employees and their families participate in local environmental activities, such as annual clean-up events at Mount Charleston—home to rare wildlife, forests, and popular recreation areas.

• Take Your Child to Work Day: Each April, the sustainability team hosts interactive recycling games for children of employees, fostering environmental awareness among future generations.

• Sustainability Committees: Since 2006, LAS has empowered employees to drive sustainability through action committees and team initiatives.

• New Hire Orientation: Every month, new employees receive an introduction to our sustainability programs and tips for environmentally responsible behavior at work and at home.

Regional Collaboration

• All-In Clark County: LAS is a proud member of the All-In Advisory Board—a county-wide initiative addressing climate change through collaborative planning with local governments, businesses, and community organizations.
