Harry Reid Airport was the starting point for Flavor Flav’s SHE Weekend, a celebration of the female athletes who represented the U.S. in this year’s Winter Olympics.
More than 80 female American Olympians arrived on a Delta flight from Salt Lake City. Airport fire trucks and law enforcement were staged on the ramp to salute the arriving flight, and there was a brief welcome at the gate before the women made their way to Baggage Claim and out to their waiting transportation.
Throughout the weekend, the women were treated to a series of celebratory events, including a rally at Toshiba Plaza on the Strip as well as dinners, shows and a parade.
