Harry Reid International Airport, Signature Aviation, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) celebrated the grand opening of a new facility dedicated to the airport's general aviation and private jet operations.
This new facility serves international arrivals on the west side of the airfield, away from bustling commercial operations. By separating international general aviation and cargo processing from international commercial airline arrivals, the facility helps improve operational efficiency, reduces congestion, and creates a more seamless experience for all travelers.
As Las Vegas has evolved into the sports and entertainment capital of the world, general aviation has become increasingly important to airport operations as high-profile events draw the private jet set to LAS. This facility allows for processing those arriving from abroad without taking away space or resources from the busy commercial operations.
