Whether you're a seasoned plane spotter or you captured a memorable moment at LAS, we want to see your best original photos celebrating aviation. Those interested in snapping a shot of aircraft arrivals and departures can take a photo in the Sunset Viewing Area, located off Sunset Road near Eastern Avenue. Beyond aircraft images, photos from the gate or elsewhere around the airport that capture your LAS travel experience are also welcome.

Participants may submit up to three original photos by emailing SMA@LASairport.com. Please include a short caption with each photo. Images must be at least 200 DPI or suitable for reproduction at a minimum size of 11 x 17 inches. Previously submitted photos are not eligible.

The submission deadline is Friday, July 24, 2026.

Winning photographs will be featured on LAS social media channels and displayed in the National Aviation Day Photo Exhibit at Harry Reid International Airport by Terminal 1 C/D security checkpoint in celebration of National Aviation Day on August 19.
