The work requires temporary lane reductions throughout construction. The north and southbound tunnels are reduced to two lanes daily from 5 a.m. through midnight. Overnight, both directions are reduced to one lane from midnight to 5 a.m., Monday through Friday only.

Drivers using the Airport Connector Tunnel are encouraged to plan ahead and allow additional travel time.

The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of December.
